The Health and Physical Wellbeing Curriculum takes a holistic approach to wellbeing, and is based on the four holistic dimensions of social, spiritual, mental and emotional, and physical wellbeing. The curriculum aims for students to gain the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values to make informed decisions and actively contribute to their own wellbeing, the well being of others, and of society as a whole.
